I love Taco Bell. Lots of healthy fast food options are available here. But one of the hardest things I have to deal with is that most of my favorite products are super high in sodium! I ended up opting for a Gordita Supreme with chicken.

It’s not a sandwich, which means I can skip the refined grains and get more protein for fewer calories. I chose the spicy buffalo dipping sauce. The sauces can also be quite detrimental to the macronutrients of the meal. I also added a fruit bowl and a side salad with light Italian dressing.
This was the only dressing I could justify as most are too high in sugar! I wanted to add the superfood side salad. It sounded so healthy with kale and broccolini. It had 18 grams of sugar, and that was mostly added to the dressing. Pity!
