How To Make Dhaba Style Mix Veg Sabji?

I’m not going to work hard to cook this recipe, I’ll simply use these tricks! I have it as well,

First, I’ll put onions into a grinder mixer and then I’ll put tomatoes. Cut it into quarters.

Ingredients
  

  • 6-7 cloves of garlic
  • 1 inch ginger peeled, sliced
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 medium-sized onions finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp ghee
  • 1 ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 medium-sized carrot diced
  • little water
  • 2 tbsp fresh green peas
  • cup mushrooms
  • ½ cup cauliflower florets
  • ¼ cup cup water
  • 10-15 , French beans roughly chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp Paneer cut into small cubes
  • ¼ tsp dry fenugreek leaves crushed
  • A pinch of dry fenugreek leaves crushed
  • coriander sprig

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow kadai or handi, add oil when hot
  • add cumin seeds and let them sputter well.
  • Add ginger and garlic and sauté well.
  • Add the onion and stir for 10-12 seconds on high heat,
  • later add ghee and saute for some time.
  • If the onion is golden brown, add the coriander powder, turmeric powder and simmer for a minute.
  • Now add kashmiri red chili powder, tomatoes and fry well.
  • When the masala is cooked, add water and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now add carrots and fry, when the carrots are cooked, Add the green peas, mushrooms, beans, cauliflower and water and mix well, cover with a lid and let it cook for a while.
  • Add the paneler, dried fenugreek leaves, butter and mix well.
  • Once the vegetables are properly cooked.
  • Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with the grated panel, dried fenugreek leaves and a bed of coriander.
  • Serve hot with roti.
